The Lighthouse Restaurant has recently undergone a significant renovation and expansion. The end result is excellent. On arriving we were not left standing like "shags on a rock" at reception; we were pleasantly and quickly welcomed and shown to our table. We had a party of six and the service was friendly, quick and efficient. Requests about items on the menu were quickly answered and if necessary relayed back to the kitchen for a response. The Executive Chef obviously had good taste in seafood by offering Sydney Rock oysters. She was very pleasant ad happy to chat briefly to clients on what was a moderately busy evening. The menu choices were more than ample and varied. There were no criticisms about any of the choices, all were served quickly and the food was hot. An adequate selecton of wines was available. I am looking forward to eating there again; next time it will be during the day to appreciate the waterfront view. Overall, well worth the trip to Cleveland.
