I visited this place for dessert and hot chocolate a few weeks ago with a friend.
The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome, we were served promptly.
The atmosphere is cosy, warm and comfortable.
I ordered Churros and hot chocolate - however, these were both very disappointing. The Churros were big chunks of deep fried dough with the insides undercooked and quite sloppy. The hot chocolate tasted like milk and a bit of cheap chocolate powder in a glass. These were definitely not worth the price.
We complained politely, the waitress apologised and the manager apologised assured us we did not have to pay.
The atmosphere and service encourage me to come back, and the main menu options look great - won't go for dessert again though.
