This is the second time i have been to this restaurant - the first was with work. This time i took my partner.
Very nice ambience, with an upstairs dining room for big gatherings. High ceilings give the place a very open, free feel about it.
We booked a table for two and were given a table for four, so there was a good amount of space to eat without feeling confined.
The service was excellent - quick and friendly. Entree was chicken soup and saganaki (fried haloumi cheese). Both dishes were superb. My partner Heidi said the soup was better than her mums!! (Her mum is a good cook!)
Main was a meat feast for two: veal kebabs, house made sausage, beef, and chicken pieces with a greek salad, and three sauce bowls - otomato, chilli, and tzatziki. A huge platter which we could get three quarters through. The sausage was the tastiest i have ever had, and as for the chicken and beef pieces, well they were just mouth wateringly good too! The only thing i found a little odd in taste was the veal kebab.
The meals were in the mid price bracket (the meat platter for 2 was $45,soup $8 and saganaki about $15.
Will we go there again?
Most definitely!
